Friday, 23 April 2010. Putting the bubbles back in bubbly. In the April 2010 edition of Real Simple. Magazine, they offered up a tip for putting the fizz back in flat champagne or sparkling wine. The suggestion is to add a few raisins to the glass, as they somehow attract the remaining carbon dioxide, which then is released to the top of the glass in the form of bubbles. For the second glass, I added a few raisins and much to my surprise, bubbles started to appear! I know th.
